Tomorrow’s Severe Risk for Pittsburgh. We are expecting a strong and dynamic system to come through Wednesday afternoon into the evening time. With this system we are currently under a slight risk for severe weather. This looks to be an all hazards type event. The Storm Prediction Center has us under the following risks: 2% Tornado, 15% Damaging Winds (>50 knot gust), and 15% Large Hail (>1″). To sum it up, expect some strong to severe thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon into the evening. Large hail and a tornado or two may be possible. Expect some wind damage as well.
